The engineering of the Industrial Packaging department of the Seerden Houtgroup B.V. has grown out of the hightech tradition of the region. To serve this market even better the existing Solid Edge CAD system has been extended with the Siemens NX Mach 1 Design. For calculations of construction strength the system is also enhanced with the Siemens Femap NX with NASTRAN.
In this manner the system and the applications are interfaced with systems of companies like ASML, Philips and DAF. It makes design and engineering of industrial packaging efficiënt and in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
